Form Diamond Dressing Tools
The exact edge geometry and high-precision radii of PIOFINE Form Dressing tools, for applications where diamond dressing rolls or plates can't be used, allows for copy dressing and production of precise profiles on specially shaped grinding-wheels. The extreme wear-resistance of this type of diamond requires the choice of carefully selected stones, whose maximum wear-resistance is accomplished by the stone being precisely cut and positioned to render the hardest plane parallel to the edge and radius of the profiled diamond, ensuring a long and useful tool-life.
